    • moulding the details – maximum to 1280 mm x 425 mm x 450 mm

    • processing complicated castings and welded elements - maximum to 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 1000 mm

    • sanding the shafts - diameter to fi 320, length to 1500 mm

    • sanding the holes - diameter to fi 160, length to 200 mm

    • sanding the planes – to 1250 mm x 320 mm x 300 mm

    • processing:

      • the toothed wheels,

      • the cylindrical gears (straight and helicoidal involute gears) and bevel gears – module m 1 ÷ 6 mm,

      • maximum outside diamenter - D = 350 mm

      • maximum width of wheel rim - B = 275 mm,

      • maximum helix angle - β = 45

    • sanding the toothed wheels by an envolped method
